The film named The Tunnel (2015) is a Korean disaster production directed by Kim Seong hun. The leading actor named Ha Jung Woo plays a character of ‘car salesman’. It can be said, that this is kind of one-man show within in a limited space for Ha Jung Woo. In his performance, no other actors can give reactions to his acting and stimulate his inside emotion, only himself ‘stay away’ from the real life and ‘get involved completely in the given situation’. This kind of performance needs actors to have strong self-believes. Moreover, another Korean thriller named The Terror Live (2013) starred in by Ha Jung Woo conclude one-man show for him as well. Facing to the camera, he complete the 97-minute’s horror performance by himself. From the performance in The Terror Live (2013) to The Tunnel (2015), Ha Jung Woo has became an classy actor. No matter when he playing the role of the host of a TV station without moral bottom line, or a car salesman who was trapped in a narrow tunnel, his performances are always vividly brought to life, which not only makes the expression of the emotion line of the character become richer, but also increases the dramatic tension of the film. Thus Ha Jung Woo has superb ability for creating characters as well as high-level acting skills.
